Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company, is looking to engage with a Digital Trainer For Adoption of Digital Use Cases.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Deliver training content , explaining technology related concepts clearly and concisely to learners at different skill levels, and working with learners to find solutions to their learning objectives.
2. Design or repurpose learning material as required, in line with the ethos of promoting learner independence.
3. Tailor teaching and support techniques to effectively meet the needs of diverse learners of varying skill levels, utilising both formal and informal feedback from learners.
4. Stay current in your field of expertise, evaluating new tools, techniques and software as they become available and make well-informed recommendations to the team on the basis of this research.

Skills Required

-A minimum of two year’s experience in a training/education role and with digital skills as the main focus.
-Degree or professional diploma in a relevant subject, e.g. computing, learning technologies etc.
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels and disciplines within the organization.
-Pro-active and passionate about digital literacy and technology.
