Our client, a leading multispecialty health care group is looking to engage with a Consultant BI Engineer with must have Power BI experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding the business objectives, define performance metrics and drive data-driven strategies to achieve them.
- Ability to write Dax formulae, complex transformations, and time intelligence functions
- Assignment of RLS for BI applications
- Working on using different types of reports with graphs and tables, drill-downs,
advanced functions in BI software
- Publishing into power BI service, managing workspaces and providing and revoking access
Duration: 6 months
Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Skills Required
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science or allied, Masters is nice to have
SQL, Power BI, Tableau certification courses will be bonus
Professional Experience:
5+ years of dedicated experience in business intelligence tools, preferably in Power BI
Ability to write Dax formulae, complex transformations, and time intelligence functions
Experience with writing Dax formulae for forecasting, what-if analysis
Experience with assignment of RLS for BI applications
Experience with using different types of reports with graphs and tables, drill-downs,
advanced functions in BI software
Experience of modelling data for BI applications, transformation and query tuning
Experience with publishing into power BI service, managing workspaces and providing and revoking access
Attention to detail with fine eye for design elements
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with extraction of data from Oracle SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse
Experience in data preparation, & data warehousing projects
Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
Experience in managing healthcare provider databases will be bonus
Power BI tenant and workspace management to support development, testing and
deployment
