Our Client is a leading Business Consulting firm and are looking to engage with a Lead Consultant: Java Script Automation-
Key Responsibilities:
1- Understand the application/domain end to end, take ownership of an application from a QA perspective and develop Test automation scripts
2- Design, implement and maintain JavaScript/Playwright based automation scripts with robust quality
3- Analyze automation execution failures in end to end CI/CD system, identify insights on software quality
4- Build deeper understanding of product/application & proactively identify areas to improve quality of product through automation
5- Proactively identify areas of improvement in automation, framework, tools continuously and develop new automation solutions
6- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers & resolve blockers independently
7- Ready to work with teams in US & attend nightly meetings
1- Good experience & strong knowledge in JavaScript programming with Object Oriented Programming methodologies
2- Exposure to Java Script based frameworks, Mocha, Chai as part of Automation
3- Good experience & knowledge in web application UI automation & related tools/packages (like selenium/appium)
4- Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure
5-Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve blockers independently
6- Knowledge on CI/CD & DevOps
