Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a highly experienced Knowledge Management Consultant to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based software platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud and possess the technical expertise required to navigate and enhance the current system. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate knowledge transfer, create comprehensive documentation, establish a structured onboarding process for new team members, and engage in reverse engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge Transfer:
Dive deep into the existing software platform coded in Java and hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Work closely with the team to understand the intricacies of the entire development process.
Documentation:
Create detailed and comprehensive documentation for the software platform.
Develop documentation standards and templates to ensure consistency and clarity.
Onboarding Structure:
Establish a structured onboarding process for new team members.
Provide training sessions and resources to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Reverse Engineering:
Engage in reverse engineering activities to enhance understanding and optimize existing processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
Frontend: React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, GIT
Backend: Java, Springboot, Hibernate, MySQL, Azure DevOps, Kafka, Microservices, Junit
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and integration of best practices.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Note: This is a 2-month project-based role (Remote) with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Skills Required
1. At least 15-20 years of experience in Knowledge Management or a related field.
2. Strong technical background with expertise in Java, React JS, Node JS, and related technologies.
3. Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
4. Proven track record in creating and implementing knowledge management strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work remotely and efficiently manage time and tasks.
