Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a skilled Dashboard Developer with expertise in Oracle and MS Access Tools. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing and maintaining various dashboards, including Employee Dashboards, Performance Dashboards, Budget and Finance Dashboards, and Competency Matrices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement dashboards to track key performance indicators, employee performance, budgeting, and financial data.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Utilize Oracle and MS Access Tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
Ensure data security and integrity within all dashboards.
Provide insights and recommendations based on dashboard data to support business decision-making.
Skills Required
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
Proficiency in Oracle and MS Access Tools.
Strong understanding of database management and data analysis techniques.
Proven experience in developing Employee Dashboards, Performance Dashboards, Budget and Finance Dashboards, and Competency Matrices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
