Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking to engage with a Consultant - Lead Product Assistant.
Overview:
The Lead Product Assistant will support product development from concept to delivery, focusing on project management, coordination, and technical support. Candidates must have an engineering background, with Electrical Engineering preferred, and solid experience in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate product development activities, ensuring projects meet timelines and goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define scope, resources, and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist with technical assessments, including electrical system evaluations and testing.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to management.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
Strong project management experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
PMP certification and experience with Agile/Lean methodologies.
Experience in product development within the electrical or electronics sector.
