Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend components using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Build, test, and deploy scalable RESTful APIs and web services.
Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to integrate components and ensure smooth deployment.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL), message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Contribute to the design and architecture of new software components.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.
Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and RESTful API design.

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
