Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Tableau Developer.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design and develop high-quality dashboards that will serve as templates for broader use across the organisation. The consultant will create 1–2 dashboards per month based on defined requirements, ensuring aesthetic consistency, ease of use, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver 1–2 visually impactful and user-friendly Tableau dashboards per month
2. Design dashboards to function as templates for future data visualisation needs
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
4. Optimise dashboards for performance, clarity, and scalability
5. Conduct periodic reviews and updates to ensure continued alignment with business needs
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – in-office once or twice a week)
Duration: 6 months
Capacity: ~10 hours per month
Skills Required:
- 5–6 years of proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard creation
- Strong expertise in data visualisation best practices and dashboard design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective visual stories
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability
- Availability to work on-site in Bangalore once or twice per week as needed
