Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a Senior Conformity & Certification Engineer with 8+ years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering. The role focuses on product conformity assessments and certifications for MCCBs and accessories, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC 60947, UL standards, and BIS regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of statutory requirements (LVD, EMC, RED), BIS Scheme X, and hands-on experience working with certification bodies. Excellent coordination, regulatory understanding, and communication skills are essential to support market access and quality control implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, Monitoring and Executing of the conformity assessment activities according to applicable standards (beside other: IS/IEC 60947 series, UL 60947 series, UL489…) and statutory requirements (beside other: LVD, EMC, RED, ATEX, Blue Guide…)
