Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Quality Module Deployment Specialist to join our team and drive the successful deployment of the Quality module across various manufacturing plants across globe. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of automation, IT, and Project Management skills, with a focus on integrating automation equipment, configuring SQL and IIS, and adapting software solutions to plant-specific configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Recipe with required parametrization of Functionalities to adapt the Quality module to the unique processes of each manufacturing plant.
- Integrate different automation equipment with PLCs to ensure seamless operation within diverse plant environments.
- Translate Assembly line/WS processes into inputs/outputs/steps/interlocks to ensure efficient deployment and operation.
- Provide training and support to plant personnel on the use and maintenance of the Quality module.
- Collect the enhancements requests and drive software Upgrade management with Development team.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of deploying innovative quality solutions across manufacturing plants, driving efficiency and excellence in operations.

Skills Required

1. Mechanical Engineer with 2-5 years experience
2. Strong background in MES deployment with experience in automation Industry
3. Proficiency in IT skills, including SQL configuration and IIS management.
4. Ability to abstract and adapt software solutions to accommodate diverse plant environments.
5. Experience in software Specification, particularly for Manufacturing applications.
6. Strong interest in learning and adapting to new automation technologies.
