Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Data Publication Executive with a sound understanding of Conformity Assessment. This role involves various administrative tasks and analytical support to assist the transversal Conformity Assessment Management team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Conformity Assessment Documents both internally (SharePoint) and externally (internet/EDMS).
- Migrate Conformity Assessment documents (certificates and Declaration of Conformity) from Shared folders to the "Global Conformity Assessment Database- GCAD".
- Validate the applicability of the latest versions of standards and directives before uploading them into the GCAD database.
- Associate the required certificates and Declaration of Conformity with commercial references and publish them on the portal - EDMS & PIM (Training will be provided).
- Coordinate with different certification managers and product owners to collect the necessary conformity assessment documents for various references before publication.
- Develop plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of publishing actions for each commercial reference.
- Assist the Conformity Assessment team in data analysis and data management.

Note: This is a project-based role for a Duration of 3-6 months and requires the consultant to devote Full-time Capacity On-site in Bangalore, India.

Skills Required

1. Commercial education with an interest in technical topics or a technical education with an interest in commercial topics.
2. Basic knowledge and keen interest in Conformity Assessment.
3. Proficiency in essential IT Skills (Microsoft Office 365, Databases, etc.).
4. Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
5. Soft skills such as organization, teamwork, rigor, and reliability are essential.
