Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Firmware Applications Tool Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop software tools that facilitate the creation, testing, and debugging of firmware.
2. Develop custom scripts and applications to automate tasks and improve the efficiency of firmware development processes
3. Work closely with firmware engineers to understand their needs and translate them into tool requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the tools are effective and meet all necessary standards.
5. Regularly update and maintain the tools to ensure compatibility with new firmware versions and hardware changes.

Skills Required

Skills required:
1. Be able to develop Tools for embedded applications using Python
2. Should have exp in CAN protocol frames parsing in tool w.r.t CAN frame
transmission/Reception.
3. GUI Development
4. Logging & storing and analyzing the data/logs and plotting the required graphs
for better analysis.
5. Should have working exp in Crypto algorithm development using Python (AES 128, RSA Algorithms)
6. Should be familiar with script writing to control various electronic devices Ex:
Power supplies, Chargers.
