Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and system-level testing.
• Leverage AI-based testing platforms such as Functionize, Testim, Mabl, Applitools, or Virtuoso to enhance test intelligence, reduce maintenance, and improve test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) and GCAB (Global CAB) processes, providing quality insights, risk assessments, and test evidence.
• Assist Product Owners in preparing release notes, deployment documentation, and quality sign-offs.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and practices in AI testing, performance engineering, and quality governance.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Functionize, Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Virtuoso).
• Experience with System Testing in large-scale Agile or SAFe environments. General
• Proficiency in load/performance testing using K6, with visualization and monitoring via Grafana.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially in supporting release and change management processes.

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
