Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in digital solutions is looking for a Consultant : QA Specialist the following :

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
2. Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and report defects.
3. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on test coverage.
4. Identify and troubleshoot issues in software performance and usability.
5. Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
6. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and recommend improvements to the development process.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
3. Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
