Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluation of Current Content Relevance: Assess the existing training materials to determine their relevance and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary updates or revisions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

2. Training Strategy Refresh: Develop and implement end-to-end training strategies that encompass all aspects of the training lifecycle. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive training plans. Ensure that training strategies are agile and adaptable to evolving business requirements and technological advancements.

3. Training Content Delivery: Create engaging and interactive training content for various business functions, with a focus on S/4 HANA or related enterprise software. Utilize multimedia tools and instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences and maximize knowledge retention. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to effectively deliver content to end-users.

4. Preparation and Readiness of Content: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop persona-based training materials that resonate with diverse audience segments. Ensure that training content is thoroughly prepared and reviewed, minimizing the time required for SME involvement. Implement strategies to streamline content creation processes and optimize resource utilization.

Skills Required

- 10-15 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on enterprise software solutions such as S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive user adoption and proficiency.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
