Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global provider of mobility solutions, is seeking an Independent Program Manager to join their dynamic team in a project-based role.

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate to management as needed
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks; establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements
Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.

Project Duration: 10 months
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Gurgaon/ Bengaluru
Travel: Willingness to travel to Africa as needed

Skills Required

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience
- Proven experience handling large projects involving multiple stakeholders based in different locations for international customers
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Proven working experience in project management (preferred)
- Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2) (preferred)
