Assignment Details

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, maintain curiosity, and have a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently within the team with keeping track of time and costs weekly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned work and respond to feedback from clients or directors promptly.
  • Lead large-scale, complex, global delivery programs, with Conducting in-depth research and generate reliable data insights. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and manage engagements, including commercials, resources, and risks.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients, offering advice and support for decision-making. 
  • Set clear expectations for deliverables and adapt to client requirements  with maintaining strict client confidentiality.
  • Meet client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Drive business development with external networks. 
  • Communicate effectively through well-structured reports, presentations, and responses. 
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. 
  • Lead practice development initiatives and provide training programs.
  • Inspire as a leader within a specific sector or industry and manage diverse teams with Mentoring juniors, fostering personal and technical skill development.

Skills Required

  • MBA/PGDM with a B. Tech degree from a reputed institute with a strong technology background. 
  • 7–10 years of experience in IT technology/consulting, professional services, or management consultancy. 
  • Expertise in M&A transactions, including: Pre-deal activities (e.g., IT due diligence, red flag reporting), 
  • Post-deal activities (e.g., IT integration, carveouts, separations)
  • Proficiency in applications, infrastructure, IT TSA costing/analysis, IT operating models, and PMO support. 
  • Deep understanding of IT project life cycles and execution with Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive business development.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure strategy and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications strategy and IT operating models. 
  • Experience in digital strategy and customer experience design and implementation. 
  • Background in pre-sales and solution design. 
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
