Our Client is a leading consulting firm and is looking to engage with a technical IT Program Manager :
Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage end-to-end program life cycle, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure of retail IT initiatives.
2-Drive alignment across stakeholders (business, product, tech, and vendors) to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
3-Create and maintain project documentation including program charters, road maps, risk registers, and status reports.
4-Coordinate with multiple solution vendors and internal teams for seamless implementation and integration.
5-Monitor and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation using PMO tools and methodologies.
6-Ensure compliance with governance processes and reporting structures as per client’s PMO standards.
7-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across pricing, store operations, planogramming, IoT, and procurement functions.
8-Manage change requests and proactively mitigate program-level risks and bottlenecks.
9-Leverage knowledge of cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or equivalent) and digital platforms to lead technical discussions.
10-Ensure smooth integration of third-party retail tools with enterprise systems
1- 5–8 years of total experience in IT program management, preferably with consulting or system integration firms (eg. Big 4).
2-Strong understanding of the retail domain and having worked on retail transformation initiatives.
3-Proven experience in managing cloud-based and digital programs.
4-Familiarity with retail tech solutions (e.g., IoT, CCTV analytics, pricing engines, store ops).
5-Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms like GCP or Azure.
6-Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
7-Proficiency in PM tools like JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
