Our client, an innovation-led global Biopharmaceuticals company, is seeking a highly experienced Digital Workplace Enablement Consultant with a strong background in IT operations and Digital enablement within large organisations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, along with proficiency in a range of Microsoft tools including Exchange Online, Teams, Active Directory Services, and Azure Active Directory. Additionally, the candidate should possess good knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Office 365 and Messaging Expertise: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Office 365 Administration and troubleshooting, with proficiency in managing messaging systems.
Endpoint Management: Expertise in endpoint management solutions, particularly Intune, to ensure effective management of devices within the organisation.
MDM Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
Service Level Agreement Management: Accountable for all aspects of services within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
Team Leadership: Responsible for leading and coordinating the regional team, including organisational design, reporting structure, people development, and resource planning.
Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with vendors and external suppliers to ensure the appropriate delivery of services, including negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
Organizational Structure: Build and maintain an effective organisational structure to manage the respective team efficiently.
Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance to the Head of IT Ops to define and implement the Digital Workplace roadmap for the organisation, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
Note: This is a project-based role that requires Full-time On-site support in Bangalore for an initial duration of 6 month(s).
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 10-12 years of experience in IT operations and Digital Enablement within large organisations.
3. Expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Exchange Online, Teams, Active Directory Services, and Azure Active Directory.
5. Good knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
6. Hands-on experience in endpoint management solutions, particularly Intune.
7. Experience in implementing MDM solutions across iOS and Android platforms.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
