Our client is a leading beverage company is looking for a senior IT Head.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the vision and roadmap of organization's digital strategy. Lead the architecture and execution of it
• Identify new technology trends/ evolving behavior in electronic and mobile commerce to ensure that latest technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
• Lead strategic technology and information management planning and prioritization
exercise across different functions for projects, resulting in visible milestones and delivery timelines.
• Establish risk and governance processes. Ensure safety and security of company data and user's privacy information in line with Data privacy regulations and protection
• Share and communicate company's technology strategy with partners, management, investors and business stakeholders to seek approval on technology investments ;Communicate business impact though adoption of e-solutions / platforms
• Lead change management initiatives (e.g.. IT Shared Services Establishment,
Implementation of ERP, S&OP etc.); Develop a continuous service improvement culture within the team to ensure that it can continue to evolve in line with the changing business environment.
• Take overall responsibility for the portfolio of programs delivering the IT
strategy, assuring key outcomes for customers, managing dependencies, budget
and benefits tracking, communications and engagement and compliance
• Guide the team in selection and implementation of suitable technology to streamline all
internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
• Oversee design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer
experience; Oversee the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to reporting
team and consultants
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the
organization to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure that robust contingency, risk management, and business continuity plans
are in place while facilitating adoption of upgrades/ new solutions
• Leads ongoing development and communication of USL Diageo’s corporate IT governance strategy that includes processes to maximize the efficient use of IT in order to achieve its strategic goals.
• Develop and manage processes to drive effective evaluation, selection,
prioritization and funding of competing investments, oversee their implementation and delivery of business benefits.• Ensure that the IT organization operates in an effective, efficient and compliant manner and accordance with its principles• Define and ensure implementation of user policies on IT through audits, education, system controls etc.
• Work collaboratively with global IT organization and India based global COEs to drive simplification.
• Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers; Review cost-benefit analysis and monitor ROI
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
• Manage the overall IT budget and establish transparent recharge/redistribution
mechanisms that enable business service

cyber security
• Proven ability to manage ~100 Mn. budgets, large teams, budget and spend analytics, & drive functional excellence
• Deep understanding of ITGC and cyber risks and ability to drive & deliver the
reputational agenda for the company
• Experience with technologies such as SAP, salesforce, Azure, Ariba/Coupa, workday and other business relevant applications/technology.
