Our client, a leading all-in-one consumer intelligence platform, is seeking a skilled and experienced Process Consultant with expertise in ISO and QC processes to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in securing ISO certification for the organization and establishing a robust quality control system.
Responsibilities:
ISO Certification and Compliance:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO standards within the organization.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to ISO requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control:
Design and implement robust quality control processes to monitor and measure the effectiveness of key organizational processes.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for quality control.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall quality.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign processes and workflows for optimal performance.
Implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement in ISO and QC processes.
Training and Awareness:
Provide training sessions to employees on ISO standards and quality control procedures.
Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to ISO certifications and quality control processes.
Generate reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
Skills Required
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a Process Consultant with a focus on ISO and QC processes.
3. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Certified ISO Auditor is a plus.
