Our client, a Fashion Label, is looking to engage with a Consultant for Zoho CRM Implementation.
Details:
The consultant would be responsible for implementing and optimizing Zoho CRM to meet the specific needs of the fashion label. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the CRM system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM for the fashion label, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems, if any.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define CRM workflows that align with business objectives.
3. Develop and execute training programs to educate team members on Zoho CRM functionality and best practices.
4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system initially, to be able to train them with the system.
5. Help existing members to generate reports to track CRM performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay informed about new features and updates in Zoho CRM and recommend enhancements to optimize system functionality.
This project is based in Mumbai (Lower Parel) and requires the consultant to work in Full Time Capacity in an Onsite Setting.
The project is for a duration of 1 month (timelines to be discussed)
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing and administering Zoho CRM
- Strong knowledge of similar CRM platforms is ideal
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including lead management, pipeline management, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the fashion industry is a plus.
