Assignment Details

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for managing stakeholders, coaching team-members and ensuring timeliness and
quality of deliverables
2. Managing client requirements and expectations on different aspects of a project
3. Develop and deliver on a tight and detailed Project Management plan
4. Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of the project by issuing progress reports,
proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
5. Monitor compliance to project documentation/tracking and procedural standards
6. Provide program governance, controls advice and support to Indian Leadership Team
7. Run PMO and support the leadership on multiple projects related to restructuring,
redeployment of resources, channeling, and process optimization.

Duration: 6 months (can be converted to FT)
Location: Bangalore or Chennai

Skills Required

Skills required-
- Good in project management, principles and governance
- Not necessarily an HR background but would be an additional plus
- HRMS Implementation (must)
- Workday
- Good understanding of clients
