Our client, an Information Security Firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant who understands the cybersecurity business structure, can conceptualise end-to-end delivery of content and ensure that messages delivered are crisp, clear and also easy to grasp, who can increase customer engagement by leveraging content to nurture every audience type through every stage of engagement journey.
The content strategy team will work closely with global teams, across all geographies to acquire and publish content related to key topics across business units and industries to the internal knowledge management portal, corporate website, related microsites, and social and digital platforms. This content is intended to help audience groups find relevant content quickly and connect with the relevant client teams for further engagement.
Work will Involve:
- Owner of content across all BUs and the brand guidelines for all touchpoints
- Create and understand brand language, and style guide and maintain brand consistency throughout all the client creatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating world-class content on social media
channels and contributing to the design, development, planning and execution of best-in-class social media content.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts determining the size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, and font style.
- Lead creation of digital assets for an e-commerce site, including product detail pages, paid media, emails and banner ads, across all digital platforms
- Leverage insights from analytics to grow our conversation with all audience groups and improve the user experience through new content and optimisation strategies
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality, style and optimised for user experience
- Work with design team members to create narratives for infographics, SMS, and WhatsApp messages
- Contributes ideas that strengthen the brand and its outreach to the end users/customers, creating communication for all touch points.
- Creating simple but engaging messages or modules, specifications and content
appropriate for the brands customer personas
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends, and consumer behaviour
- Updating older content to meet new content standards
- Ensuring consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs
- Manage PR articles, blogs and articles
1. Atleast 5-6 years of writing experience
2. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
3. Edit and improvise existing content piece as per the requirement of digital team
4. Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
5. Collaborative approach to work in a team environment
