Our client is a leading name in the hospitality industry, providing safe and hassle-free living spaces for students. They're looking to engage with a Consultant HR

Job responsibilities:
1. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process
3. Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process.
4. Designing employee training modules
5. Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
6. Nurturing a positive working environment
7. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
8. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
9. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
10. Creating clear and concise reports to Management
11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

Skills Required

1. Prior experience of working in the hospitality sector.
2. Hands on experience in creating HR processes that can be implemented in the organisation.
3. Prior hands on experience in leading organisation structure design and employment process.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies at senior levels of an organisation.
5. Ability to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly.
6. Ability to oversee and maintain smooth on-boaring process.
7. Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
