Assignment Details

Our Client is India’s leading supply chain services company who is looking to onboard a Technical document writer who can help them to create technical user manuals consisting of API details, database structures, SDK information.

Responsibilities includes:
● Working with internal engineering/product teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
● Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
● Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
● Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications/ services
● Create and maintain the information architecture

Skills Required

● A minimum of 5 years of experience writing developer-facing documentation and other forms of technical content.
● Proven ability to write technically accurate, concise, and detailed content.
● Proven ability to independently scope out and prioritize multiple writing projects.
● Experience writing for web, software or cloud technologies.
● Experience crafting API documentation or code examples.
● Experience working with various web based documentation tools
● Experience working on a SaaS or PaaS product.
● You have experience writing about large-scale web services (knowledge of the various pieces of interacting technologies behind platforms)
● You have written big picture overviews about complex platforms.
