Assignment Details

Our client is one of the leading Indian multinational consumer goods companies. They want to engage with a Consultant for Consumer Technical Insight as CTI function is a critical link between a consumer & product experience; thus contribute by designing the product features basis consumer need gaps thus enhancing product success in the market.

Key Deliverables are :
• Lead consumer work stream within innovation project teams
• Lead study design, brainstorming session or any practical activities according to
project needs
• Conduct consumer DIs, FGDs as required in a project on daily basis
• To set, manage & communicate work plan for the function
• Review reports in the team
• Be responsible for deigning sharp methodologies to gain relevant insights
• To co-ordinate consumer study plans with relevant teams
• Co-ordinate & plan CTI activities for various groups in Technology & brand
• Analyse data, interpret and timely report generation
• Debrief & discuss next steps
• Willingness to travel [India & off shore]

Skills Required

• B.E / B.Tech
• PG in Science [Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Cognitive Psychology / Social
Science / Food Technology/ Statistics] OR
• Postgraduate Management: MBA or Diploma from reputed Management
Institute
• Proven experience in consumer & sensory science areas
• Consumer interaction skills & skilled communicator
• Problem solving – identify & respond to a problem in creative and practical manner
• Being able to co-relate technical & consumer data response
• Knowledge of basic principles in chemistry/ life sciences/ psychology
• Ability to lead projects in area of consumer & sensory studies
• Ability to drive cross functional interactions
• Data interpretation
• Co-ordination & planning
• Sensitive to business environment around
• Growth mindset
• Creative
