The client is one of the leading Indian multinational consumer goods company. The purpose of this role is to drive excellence in Managing the brand.
Key Deliverables of the Role as follows-
• Responsible for Brand building of the assigned brand
• Launch and manage NPDs based on consumer and trends based on insights and consumer tends
• Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand.
• Develop Marketing programs.
• Consumer Insighting for brand strategy.
• Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand.
• Lead communication development on the brand.
• Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods.
• Product promotion through Market communication, Media and Sales visibility.
• Media Understanding
• Excellent Media Relations
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Networking skills, managing multiple partners like web, creative, PR agencies, etc.
• Experience in Digital Media
• Networking and influencing skills. To be able to work with multiple stakeholders
• To be able to work under pressure
• Experience in digital & social media would be a bonus.
