Our client, a leading consumer goods company is looking to engage with a Consultant to help strategize, advise and help execute on Digital Strategy across the organization by enabling growth on digital sales, digital influence and digital enablement.
Key Deliverables of the role:
1. Digital Sales –
- Work with Ecommerce and DTC teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness by creating models & frameworks / helping adoption of existing frameworks for effectiveness on Ecommerce (through performance marketing, best in class content etc.) and DTC (by enabling teams for off platform performance marketing, content strategies, consumer experience / NPS measurement & solutions to improve NPS, helping solve issues in UI / UX & creating engagement programs through usage of CRM & retention programs)
2. Digital influence –
- Help in publishing Marico’s digital quotient framework for India and help in conceptualizing & publishing digital quotient framework for Bangladesh & SEA
- Manage performance marketing team for AMS, Off platform – DTC and SEO mandates via the off-payroll team Digify for efficiency & KPIs deliverable
- Manage the in house (off payroll team) for digital creative WeCreate for agility, efficiency, growth and cost saving
- Manage the in house (partial off payroll team) for social listening for improving brands number of conversations, net sentiment, engagement & relevance on social media & managing ORM on social media & ecommerce platform for faster TAT for response time and risk mitigation for online crisis
- Work on innovation and trend spotting agenda while using innovative digital methodologies to help businesses grow by spotting new formats, new whitespaces, new ingredients, new claims for businesses with growth potential & sales potential estimation
- Help in development, execution, experimentation & adoption of digital playbooks in India & across geographies
3. Digital enablement –
- Help in creating digital training program with L&D team
- Share knowledge and new trends in digital world
- Help drive adoption & usage of digital dashboards & frameworks for efficient decision making of brand
- Experience in online companies preferably in consumer goods space / FMCG
- Post graduate degree in management (strategy and marketing)
- 2-4 years of experience in digital or e-commerce domain in areas (but not limited to) like digital strategy (creating framework for digital efficiency), digital sales, digital & performance marketing, digital creative, social listening & trendspotting
- Has worked to drive digital adoption & enablement in organization through collaboration across stakeholders in India & in International markets
