Assignment Details

We are on a major expansion agenda with the intent of adding 25-30 properties in the next 6 months primarily through partnerships and inorganic strategies. We are urgently looking for strong hospitality consultants on a short-term basis who can help us plan the launch of new assets.

We are therefore looking for Hospitality Consultants with experience of launching hotels who could act as Project Managers to:

* Oversee all pre-launch activities as well as opening of new hotels, and make sure implementation happens on time

* Draw out strategies for the newly acquired hotels and their smooth transition

* Identify areas for improvement in operations and help implement the same

Skills Required

Experience of working in the hospitality industry and having managed transitions/acquisitions is expected

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge and experience of dealing with senior management / stakeholders of the industry
