Assignment Details

Our client is a leading fastest & largest growing hospitality firm, is looking to engage with the finance and accountant for short term project who would be a centre support operating at Hotel Entity

Roles and responsibilities include :
1.Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting and review it if any differences coordinate with the respective team.
2.Assist with financial statements, accounts and tax audit
3.Assist the financial Controller with systems administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.
4.Reconcile all the cash & credit card back-up to General Cashier Summary and inform the Controller of any discrepancies also maintain the accurate and legible logs.
5.Prepare wire transfer confirmations for reimbursable invoices
6.Prepare credit card authorizations and send it to vendors also verify properly

Location of the project will be Jaipur and Ahmedabad
Duration of the project is 3 months & it might get extended

Skills Required

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. CA/MBA preferred
3. Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
4. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
5. Knowledge of P&L and Taxes is a must
6. Experience with HMS like Opera, Room master, IDS, SAP etc.
7. Fluency in English language
8. Ability to compile facts and figures
