We are on a major expansion agenda with the intent of adding 25-30 properties in the next 6 months primarily through partnerships and inorganic strategies. We are urgently looking for strong Finance Controllers on a short-term basis who can help us plan and implement the integration of the new assets and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business and existing staff members. Roles and responsibilities include:
1) Help with financial planning decisions
2) Understand the detailed financials of the new asset(s) and plan the transition to our way of accounting
3) Ensure the maintenance of accounts, financial records continues with the timely generation of financial reports
4) Identify and drive initiatives for greater efficiency in financial operations, as well other cost centres in the acquired asset
1) Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
2) Prior experience in finance field is a must.
3) Previous experience of managing finance teams is a plus point.
