Assignment Details

Our client ,an Indian multinational conglomerate, is looking to engage with a consultant in Consumer Insights & Brand Development who can perform the following responsibilities-

- Develop sustainable & robust feedback capturing mechanism to ensure that:
*Feedback is captured the right way
*It’s being documented & shared with business correctly (through mails &/or
through portal)
*All targeted customers are being efficiently covered

- Ensure timely & appropriate close looping of all customer feedback

- Identify market opportunities, strengths & improvement areas through market visits, customer feedback & data mining

- Develop business case for identified change requirements and support in gaining approval from relevant Business Leadership

- Develop capability within business teams to execute needed change & to facilitate a smooth scale-up & handover. Also create reference resource kit manuals for the business

- Influence business teams across multiple functions (eg Marketing, Service, IT, Business Development) to adopt the new processes and make it part of business-as-usual

- Develop processes of routinely gathering and analyzing customer data from different sources to be able to gain insights on a continuous basis

- Deep dive into consumer / customer behaviors and decision making to identify insights through which we can increase their preference for our brands

- Ensure the team executes per target by planning project activities and monitoring the same

- Influence internal stakeholders’ contribution as per plan by collaborating with them

- Manage day-to-day basis interactions with external agencies (Call Centre, external research partners, IT vendor)

Skills Required

- 7+ years of experience in consumer insight and brand development
- Functional Skills

*Analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of statistics
- Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences
- Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required
