Assignment Details

• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details. Database will be provided
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
• Updating all details of each conversation.
• Upselling
• Pre - Sales Activities like Setting Meetings for the Sales team (depending on the profile)

Skills Required

• Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Good interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
