Assignment Details

IET India is looking to hire for 7 positions in the areas of Marketing, Events, Sales and Admin. These are critical positions for our India operations and need to be accomplished by the end of Q1.
We are looking for a hiring manager who can source the right candidates through a host of organic sourcing options - social media, networks, consultancies etc, sift through the profiles, speak with candidates if needed, schedule interviews with IET India stakeholders, administer tests, negotiate terms and close contracts and offers with the candidates.
Due to the complex nature of our business, we are keen to get an experienced human resource professional who can understand business needs and priorities and then align it to critical qualities that can help us bring the best talent on board. Since the person in this role will represent our brand directly to potential candidates, excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must for this role.
While we think this can be achieved remotely, we would prefer candidates who are in Bangalore who can visit our office twice a week for update meetings. If the candidate is interested in working out of our office for the duration of the project, they are welcome to do so.
