Assignment Details

Our client, world's leading health and safety organization is looking to engage with a Consultant Talent Acquisition and Business HR Specialist to collaborate with the Head HR on strategic priorities. The role will drive initiatives across employer branding, process optimization, employee experience, wellbeing frameworks, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and people priorities.

 

Key responsibilities
TALENT ACQUISITION
-Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer rollout.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality talent.
-Curate job descriptions, manage postings across channels, and drive employer branding campaigns.
-Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through campus engagement, referrals, and networking.
-The specialist will monitor and report on key hiring KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire and use this data to drive continuous process improvements.


BUSINESS HR (BHR)
-Partner with managers and provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and workforce planning.
-Support the Head HR in driving performance management and appraisal cycles.
-Contribute to strategic HR projects focused on process excellence, wellbeing frameworks, and employee engagement.
-Drive effective stakeholder management by balancing business priorities with people needs.

Location- Mumbai 

Skills Required

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP
-Hands-on expertise in sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, Boolean search, referrals).
-Excellent stakeholder management, communication (oral and written), and influencing skills.
-Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working on metrics and process optimization.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including creating dashboards and presentations.
-Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
