Assignment Details

Our client World's largest producer of plastic water tanks is looking to engage with Consultant - Talent Acquisition.

This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the best fit for our organization

"- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct interviews, both in person and over the phone, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

- Assist in developing and implementing effective candidate evaluation tools and techniques

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records are kept throughout the recruitment process

- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status

- Participate in job fairs and other networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates"

Skills Required

Skills and Experience:

6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to campus hiring and non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to quality and timelines
