Our client, a fast-growing multinational alcohol-beverage company is looking for a qualified HR Projects Specialist with strong project management capabilities to drive key HR initiatives across regions. The role involves end-to-end execution of strategic HR projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as L&D, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Rewards. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data to generate insights, supporting process improvements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing reports for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner with HR leadership to design and implement key HR initiatives across regions.
● Lead end-to-end project management – from conceptualization to delivery and post-implementation
review.
● Coordinate across multiple HR functions (L&D, TA, HRBP, Rewards) for integrated project execution.
● Analyze HR data to drive insights and support project proposals and impact assessment.
● Identify areas for HR process improvement and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
● Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to ensure timely delivery.
● Prepare project documentation, reports, and communication decks for leadership updates.
Required Skills:
● Strong project management and execution skills
● Analytical mindset with comfort in working with HR metrics
● Ability to influence and work across teams
● Exposure to multiple HR domains is a plus
● Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms
