Our client, a fast-growing multinational alcohol-beverage company is looking for a qualified L&D Specialist to design and deliver impactful learning programs by collaborating with business teams and SMEs. The role involves curating content, managing end-to-end training delivery, using LMS tools for tracking, and measuring training effectiveness. Strong skills in instructional design, stakeholder management, and data-driven analysis are key.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to identify learning needs and curate relevant content.
● Design and deploy engaging learning modules (instructor-led, e-learning, blended).
● Drive capability development initiatives aligned with organizational competency frameworks.
● Manage end-to-end training programs – including content design, scheduling, coordination, feedback collection, and post-training impact analysis.
● Partner with external vendors for specialized trainings as needed.
● Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to roll out, track, and report learning journeys.
● Maintain documentation and dashboards for training metrics and ROI.
● Support the creation of learning calendars and internal communication of training programs.
Required Skills:
● Instructional design and adult learning principles

● Excellent communication and facilitation skills
● LMS proficiency (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.)
