Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Manufacturer of Technical Textile Fabrics, is looking to engage with an HR Transformation Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Review of Existing Organization Structure:
- Evaluate the current organizational framework.
- Propose changes aligned with the company's long-term vision.

B. Cultural Transformation:
- Implement cultural shifts from worker to Senior Management levels.
- Foster an environment conducive to growth and innovation.

C. Recruitment and Designation Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts for middle management and key positions.
- Define roles and responsibilities for experts in various domains.

D. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Performance Management:
- Develop and implement KRAs for different roles.
- Establish an effective Performance Management System.

E. Periodic Review:
- Conduct regular reviews of Scope of Work and Responsibilities.
- Propose adjustments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

F. Fluid Transition:
- Ensure a seamless transition from the existing to the proposed structure.
- Minimize disruption to production and manufacturing processes.

G. Employee Training:
- Organize regular training programs for employees.
- Focus on enhancing knowledge and skills based on individual work profiles.

H. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Develop and implement SOPs for various functions.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for consistency.

This project is for a Duration of 6 Months based in Mumbai and requires the consultant to devote their Part Time Capacity (1-2 Days/ Week) in an Onsite Model.

Skills Required

- 20-25 years of experience in the HR domain in ideal
- Past experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Proven experience in organizational design and development
- Expertise in leading cultural transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting middle management and key positions
- Strong background in designing and implementing effective Performance Management Systems
- Ability to conduct periodic reviews and propose strategic adjustments
- Experience in facilitating smooth transitions between organizational structures
- Track record of developing and delivering effective employee training programs
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Familiarity with HR software for optimizing job roles and responsibilities
