Assignment Details

Our client is seeking a mature and highly structured professional to anchor the Office of the HR & Operations Director. This role will serve as a trusted partner to the Director, supporting the execution of strategic priorities, policy implementation, and operational initiatives across the organisation.

The position combines executive support with governance oversight and cross-functional
coordination. The ideal candidate will bring stability, discretion, and the ability to strengthen
systems while working collaboratively with teams.

This is a high-trust role suited for a seasoned professional who is comfortable operating in a
dynamic environment and supporting leadership in driving organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Priority Management
 Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and priority alignment
 Structure meetings with clear agendas, documentation, and follow-up tracking
 Prepare meeting minutes and ensure action items are monitored
 Draft and review official communications
 Coordinate travel planning and related logistics
 Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters
 

HR Governance & Oversight
 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
 Ensure documentation standards and policy adherence are maintained
 Review HR dashboards and reports prior to leadership submission
 Support timely completion of performance management cycles
 Track key HR metrics and highlight gaps where necessary
 

Policy & Operational Discipline
 Ensure policies are implemented consistently across departments
 Maintain updated policy documentation and SOPs
 Monitor operational initiatives and timeline adherence
 Support internal reviews and compliance documentation
 

Reporting & Leadership Readiness
 Ensure monthly HR and operational reports are consolidated and review-ready
 Maintain structured dashboards and management summaries
 Validate accuracy of data prior to leadership discussions

 

Skills Required

  •  Minimum 18 years of professional experience.
  •  Strong exposure to HR operations and governance
  •  Experience supporting senior leadership
  •  High level of discretion and integrity
  •  Strong documentation and follow-through capability
  •  Mature, stable, and structured personality
  •  Professional presentation and grooming standards
