Key Responsibilities:
1-Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align
with organisational objectives.
2-Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and
organisational design.
3-Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and
employee development goals.
4-Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of
training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
5-Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in
alignment with company policies.
6-Responsible for managing Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews and drive employee
engagement initiatives and measure their impact.
7-Promote a culture of agility, inclusivity, and innovation to adapt to changing business
needs
1-Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 2 institute
2-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
3-Experience working with a diverse workforce.
4-Communicate effectively to a diverse audience
5-Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
6- 6-9 years of experience preferably in HRBP domain.
