Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading integrated logistics service provider is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Consultant.
1. Setting salaries and pay grades for new / old positions within the company
2. Gathering benchmarking data on wages and recommending bonus programs based on job analyses
3. Ensure compensation practices are in line with labor legislation
4. Review and assess pay scales, base pay and incentives
5. Set wages for new positions within the organization
6. Analyze compensation data to identify potential issues (like pay gender gaps) ensure equitability in all levels
7. Ensure compensation plans align with the company’s profitability goals
8. Gather benchmarking data and restructure compensation to make sure we remain competitive in terms of salaries and benefits
Location - Noida / Hybrid

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or a relevant role
2. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
3. Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
4. Good knowledge of the logistics industry
