Our client, a leading provider of financing solutions, is looking for a Talent Management Consultant, who will play a pivotal role in driving key talent management projects, collaborating closely with the senior leadership team in HR and other senior stakeholders. The primary responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborate with senior leadership to conceptualize and design critical people-related initiatives, emphasizing:
A. Change Management
B. Values and Culture Building
C. Assessment Centers
D. Great Place to Work initiatives
2. Work closely with operating teams to plan and facilitate the implementation of the designed initiatives.
3. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
4. Monitor and evaluate the early stages of initiative implementation.
5. Refine project designs based on learnings and feedback to optimize effectiveness.
- MBA from a top-tier school
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience (can be more overall) in either Strategy or HR consulting, with a focus on talent management or 10-15 years of experience in a non-manufacturing company, with experience in the Centre of Excellence (COE) for talent management i.e. designing and conceptualizing programs.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management projects, including change management initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and align talent management initiatives with overall organizational goals.
-Demonstrated experience in leading change management projects, fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture.
