Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Talent & Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Recruitment:

- Planning & phasing the recruitment into 3000 vacancies in Ice Cream, work with the Talent Acquisition lead to put in place a governance process for recruitment
- Front end stakeholdering with senior leaders on key roles & manage interface between TA team, People Workstream lead ,HR team

II. Employee & HR Communication:

- Develop a robust Employee Engagement & HR Communication plan that energizes & informs employees & the wider IC HR community during the change process
- Work with the Communications Lead in landing the comms plan
- Design interventions with support from SMEs & implement them.

Skills Required

- Well versed with talent management, talent acquisition
- Well versed with talent engagement
- Prior experience working in FMCG set up is a must have
