Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Project Manager in HR Transformation for a 12-month remote project. 

Key Deliverables:

-Lead complex HR transformation projects, including HRIS implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

-Collaborate with senior executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to define and achieve project objectives.

-Drive process optimization, automation, and service delivery model improvements.

-Design and implement change management strategies to ensure system and process adoption.

-Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello.

-Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to align stakeholders and project goals.

-Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and provide actionable insights.

-Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship building.

Note: 
12 months project, full time capacity, remote (UK time zone)



 

Skills Required

-Technical Skills
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Competence in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives.
