Assignment Details

Our Client, A leading global FMCG firm is willing to engage with a Beauty Capability Consultant

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Capability Assessment:
 Conduct assessments to identify current skill sets and capabilities within the organization.
 Analyze workforce capabilities against strategic objectives and future needs.
 Collaborate with HR to develop competency frameworks and skill matrices.

2. Capability Development:
 Design and implement capability development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
 Partner with marketing heads to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas.
 Leverage external resources, such as training providers and industry experts, to enhance capabilities.

3. Performance Management:
 Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to measure capability improvements.
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
 Provide feedback and guidance to employees on performance and skill development.

4. Change Management:
 Support organizational change initiatives by assessing the impact on workforce capabilities.
 Develop strategies to address capability gaps during periods of change.
 Collaborate with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new skills.

5. Continuous Improvement:
 Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through enhanced capabilities.
 Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
 Foster a culture of learning and innovation to support ongoing capability development.

Skills Required

Skills required:
 Master’s degree, Business Administration
 Proven experience in capability development, talent management, or related roles in Beauty/Retail
 Strong understanding of competency frameworks, performance management, and learning methodologies.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to drive capability improvements.
 Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
