Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG player, is looking to engage with a boutique IT firm who can provide a panel of experts at short notice to conduct screening interviews of tech talent.

Key Responsibities: 
1-Tailor interview strategies based on hiring goals and candidate profiles.
2-Conduct structured, remote technical screening interviews for mid to senior-level IT professionals across various domains
3-Ensure expert availability (10–15 hours/week) with the flexibility to support urgent interview needs at short notice.

4-Maintain a pool of qualified SMEs across diverse IT verticals to meet varying demands.
5-Provide objective, detailed post-interview feedback with recommendations on candidate suitability.

6-Maintain clear documentation and structured reports to assist hiring managers in decision-making.
 

Skills Required

1-Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge in one or more IT domains (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.) with 10+ years of hands-on experience.

2-Interviewing Proficiency: Strong ability to evaluate technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities of candidates at different levels.

3-Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver constructive feedback and comprehensive reports.

4-Stakeholder Management: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective screening criteria.

5-Remote Collaboration: Experience in conducting interviews via digital platforms with a professional and engaging virtual presence.

6-Process Orientation: Skilled at following structured interview protocols and ensuring compliance with ethical hiring standards.
