Our client is an global consulting firm and are looking for an SOP Implementation consultant who can support them with the following :-
Job role & key responsibilities:
SOP Implementation: Roll out and manage the implementation of SOPs in multiple retail stores, ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and consistently.
Training & Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for store managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure they understand and can effectively implement SOPs.
Process Audits & Compliance: Regularly audit stores to assess compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable feedback and guidance to store teams.
Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a key point of contact for store manager and staff for troubleshooting any issues related to SOP implementation. Offer solutions and recommendations to overcome challenges.
Reporting & Documentation: Track and report progress of SOP implementation, documenting any issues, improvements, or adjustments made.
Ensure SOP documents are up to date.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to current SOPs based on observations from the field and ongoing feedback from store teams.
Monitor Performance Metrics: Monitor store performance (and track the defined KPIs) in relation to SOP adherence and report on results to senior management.
