Assignment Details

We are looking for an HR Executive.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with the various functional heads on recruitment and selection processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
-Design and develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures including but not limited to travel and leave policy, etc
-Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
-Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
-Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
-Liaise with functional heads on performance evaluation exercise and provide support as needed

Skills Required

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 4-6 years of experience
-Experience in recruiting, designing policies, etc
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
